At PassProc, we are committed to ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services. If a client decides not to take the exam after scheduling, we offer a refund within 10 days after the exam’s scheduled date, provided the decision is made before the exam takes place. Refunds will be processed after the requested review, and the refund will be issued through the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

To date, we have not encountered any refund requests, and all clients have been pleased with the services provided. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and we are happy to accommodate refund requests under the terms outlined.
